The HoopLife League is a youth basketball league in Regina with boys and girls divisions grouped by age and ability, drawing hundreds of players every season. The Fall and Winter seasons run 10 weeks each, and everything happens on one league night a week — training with the division's head coach, a Confidence, Leadership & Basketball IQ workshop, and two games for every team.
